2024 Coors Light Denver Pride Parade Notice

Please take note of the following before applying:

  • The application deadline is April 1, 2024 or when a category sells out, whichever comes first. We encourage all applicants to apply early as this event sells out every year!
  • Entries are classified by categories: Commercial, Corporate, Nonprofit OVER $3Million, Nonprofit UNDER $3Million, Political, and School. Failing to apply under the wrong category may lead to your application being rejected. You may reapply in the correct category if space allows. Click here to learn more about the parade categories.
  • All entries must follow all 2024 Coors Light Denver Pride Parade Rules & Regulations. You will need to sign off that you have read and agree to this year’s rules and regulations as part of your application. Failure to follow any or all rules and regulations can lead to your entry being disqualified to participate or banned from participating in future years.
  • Your application for the 2024 Coors Light Denver Pride Parade should be solely for your business or organization. No third-party businesses, groups, or organizations can be part of your application. If you have a company, group, or organization that you would like to participate with, each party should complete their own application and state in the special request field that they would like to be placed with the other party in the parade lineup. Parent companies that want to have multiple brands participate must complete one application per brand.
  • You will be taken to Eventeny, a third-party site to complete the application. You’ll need to create an account to complete the application and all fees associated with the application will be due at time of submission.
  • If you are a sponsor or community partner, do not complete the public application, you will be sent more information about how to complete you application.
  • Entries must apply each year as your application from a previous year will not carry over to this year’s event. In addition, businesses and organizations that have received special permissions for their entry in the past must reapply for those special permissions again in 2024, as they too, do not carry over year to year.
  • Applicants will be notified of their participation status no later than May 1, 2024.
  • We advise that you do not order entry supplies or distribution items until you have been selected to participate and or distribution items have been approved by Parade Management.
  • If accepted to participate, each entry must send one representative to attend a mandatory safety meeting in late May or early June.
