Before submitting the application, you will have an opportunity to review and accept all terms and conditions associated with participating in the Coors Light Denver Pride Parade, including the Full Parade Rules & Regulations, Non-Discrimination Policy, Code of Conduct, and Liability Waiver.
You are responsible for adhering to all rules and regulations regarding your contingent's float, vehicle(s), and/or marching unit.
The sidewalk areas along the parade route are open to everyone. Only registered participants are allowed to be on the street during the run of the parade. The Coors Light Denver Pride Parade will leave Cheesman Park at 9:30am and proceed down Colfax Avenue to Downtown Denver's Civic Center Park, the site of the 2019 Denver PrideFest celebration.
All floats and vehicles must be able to safely navigate all turns of the parade route.
If your contingent's parade application is accepted, you will receive additional information pertaining to the parade, including arrival times.
A representative from each parade contingent must attend one of the following meetings in order for your parade contingent to be included in the Coors Light Denver Pride Parade:*
All meetings will be held at The Center, 1301 E. Colfax Ave., Denver, CO 80218. Non-compliance results in removal from the parade and forfeiture of entry fee(s).
*Only applicants outside of a 50-mile radius of Denver, CO are exempt from attending this meeting.
Student Entries are eligible for special discounted pricing, but must first obtain a registration coupon code prior to submitting the parade application.

Failure to follow parade rules will result in removal from the parade and potential denial of participation in future parade. All entries are subject to crowd control by the Denver Police Department.

Coors Light Denver Pride Parade participants, Denver PrideFest vendors, contractors, sponsors, staff and volunteers, and all personnel associated with the parade and festival agree at all times to honor and abide by the following statement of non-discrimination in word and action: Anyone associated with the parade and festival, or their employees or associates in violation of this agreement will be asked to leave festival grounds immediately and will forfeit all entry fees, rental fees, sponsorship fees, and deposits as applicable. Additionally, any actions taken or statements made to individuals or groups contrary to this policy or the spirit and intention of this policy are not permitted in the parade or on festival grounds, or in any communication associated with the parade or festival:
"All persons associated with Denver Pride and Denver PrideFest will provide service to individuals without regard to an individual’s sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, HIV/AIDS status, race, color, national origin, ancestry, creed, religion, sex, gender, physical or mental disability, age, marital status, military status, veteran status, citizenship or any other protected classification in accordance with state, federal and municipal laws."
All persons associated with the Denver Pride, Denver PrideFest and the Coors Light Denver Pride Parade agree:
Participants in the Coors Light Denver Pride Parade shall indemnify and hold harmless Denver PrideFest, the GLBT Community Center of Colorado ("The Center"), and Miller Coors as well as The Center's board members, The Center's employees, Denver Pride contractors and volunteers from any claim or cause of action arising out of or in connection with the acts or omissions of Parade Participant under this Agreement, and shall reimburse Denver Pride and The GLBT Community Center of Colorado ("The Center") for any costs, including but not limited to, reasonable attorney’s fees incurred in defense against any such claim. All Coors Light Denver Pride Parade participants who use vehicles are required to hold a valid driver’s license and driver’s insurance as required by Colorado Law.
